Domaine de la Pyronnière

Located in Gorges, on the left bank of the Sèvre Nantaise, the Domaine de la Pyronnière is a family affair.

Stéphane took over from his dad, he is the 4th generation of winegrowers in the Drouet family.

The estate extends over 16 hectares around the cellar, including 11 hectares classified as Cru.

Recognized HVE (High Environmental Value), its range of wines includes Muscadets, special cuvée, Cru Gorges, sparkling traditional method, late harvest, grape juice and gamay.

The Estate is a France Passion motorhome stopover and Loire Valley Tourist Cave.

The tasting cellar is open every day from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., also by appointment.

The domain opens its doors on the 3rd weekend of November.

Stéphane exports his wines to Belgium and offers his range to a few restaurants in the Nantes vineyard.

The estate is present on the Guide Hachette des Vins.

The Domaine de la Pyronnière obtained the Gold Medal at the 2021 Clisson wine competition for its Muscadet sur Lies 2020, as well as the Silver Medal at the Gorges municipal competition.
